Is registration with MIDORI FX open to everyone?

If you wish to register with MIDORI FX, you must meet the following criteria:

・You must be over 18 years old.
・You must be able to understand and write in the languages offered by our service.
・You must agree to comply with the terms of service of our service.

However, Midori FX does not provide services to residents of certain jurisdictions, including the United States, Iran, North Korea, Canada, Belgium, and Russia, and does not intend use that violates local laws and regulations.

We appreciate your understanding and acceptance.

I would like to try trading on a demo account. Is that possible?

Yes, we have a demo trading account.

The demo trading account will be a Standard account type with a leverage of 1000x.

After registering a new account, please set up a demo account through the "Trading Accounts" section on My Account.

About Usage

I cannot log into My Account. What should I do?

First, please check that your email address, password, and, if set up, your Google two-factor authentication code are correctly entered.

If you have forgotten your login password, you can reset it using the link below. After completing the reset procedure, follow the instructions displayed on the screen to set a new password.

If you have forgotten your Google two-factor authentication code, our company can assist with the deactivation process. To proceed, please upload a selfie with your ID for verification and fill in the necessary details for deactivation on the contact form provided below.

How can I change my login password?

If you know your current password, you can change it through the "Change Login Password" section on My Account.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to change it using the password reset form. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to set a new password.

Which browser is recommended for using MIDORI FX?

We recommend Google Chrome as your browser.

Can I change the name I registered with later?

As a rule, changes to the registered name are not permitted.

However, changes may be allowed for special reasons. If you wish to change your name, please contact us with the details through our contact form.

What are the steps involved in identity verification?

To verify your identity, please follow the steps in the "Identity Verification" section on My Account:

1, Take photos of the front and back of your identification document and upload the images.
2, Use our 3D authentication system to take a photo of your face.
3, Additionally, submit a document to verify your current address.

These processes will confirm your identity.

What deposit methods are available?

You can choose from the following two types of deposit methods:

1, Deposits via cryptocurrency

Accepted cryptocurrencies for deposit are BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT (ERC20), BCH, LTC, DASH, and USDT (TRC20).
If you do not have these cryptocurrencies, please use services from other companies to prepare them beforehand.

What is the 'deposit address' when depositing cryptocurrency?

The deposit address is akin to an "account number" in the world of cryptocurrency.

Each customer registered with our service is assigned a wallet (USD / JPY). This wallet is generated automatically and cannot be created manually.

Each wallet is automatically assigned a unique address for a specific cryptocurrency.

When depositing cryptocurrency into MIDORI FX, the process involves transferring funds from a dedicated wallet of another service to the customer-specific deposit address provided by our company.

A different wallet address is assigned for each type of cryptocurrency.
Please only send the relevant cryptocurrency to the deposit address.

Please be aware that we cannot assist with the recovery of funds if you accidentally send a different cryptocurrency or send to an incorrect address. In such cases, no returns can be made, so please double-check the transfer address before sending funds.

How long does it take for funds to reflect in my wallet after making a deposit?

Deposits are processed instantly.

About Withdrawals

What withdrawal methods are available?

The primary withdrawal method is cryptocurrency.tocurrency.

Withdrawals to credit cards are also possible, but the amount is limited to the total deposits made with the same credit card.

Notes on withdrawal methods:
In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, withdrawals are processed according to the method used for deposits. Withdrawals can only be made in the same manner as the deposit method up to the deposited amount. Once you have withdrawn up to the same amount as you have deposited using the same method, other withdrawal methods become available.

Is there a fee for withdrawals?

As a rule, our company does not charge a fee for withdrawals.

However, if the total amount deposited into the MIDORI FX wallet is less than $100 equivalent, or if no trading transactions have been made, a withdrawal fee of $25 will be charged. (This does not apply to withdrawals of IB partner commissions.)

What is a wallet address?

A wallet address is identification information similar to an account number, necessary for handling cryptocurrencies.

A wallet is a digital tool for managing money, and each customer registered with our service is automatically assigned a dedicated wallet. These cannot be newly created.

Each wallet is assigned a unique address according to the cryptocurrency being used, which is also generated automatically.

For deposits in cryptocurrency:
Please transfer funds from your dedicated wallet at another service to the deposit address at MIDORI FX.

For withdrawals in cryptocurrency:
Please transfer funds from your MIDORI FX wallet to a dedicated wallet address at another service. The wallet used for withdrawal must be registered in advance under wallet address management on My Account.

Note:
Please verify the dedicated wallet address for another service through the service you are using. Since wallet addresses vary by cryptocurrency, it is crucial to use the correct address for deposits and withdrawals. If you accidentally send the wrong cryptocurrency or to the wrong address, your funds may be lost, and no returns or refunds can be made. Please thoroughly check your wallet address before use.

How long does it take for withdrawals to be reflected?

Withdrawal processing is carried out sequentially during the support team's business hours, but it may take some time due to security checks and verifications based on regulations.

Blockchain transaction confirmations may take time.

About Trading

I cannot see the account information in the list of held accounts.

Please note that there may be a brief delay between opening an account (or adding a trading account) and the information being reflected in the list of held accounts on the My Account.

* It may take up to 3 minutes for the account information to be reflected on the My Account.

I am unable to log into MT5. What should I do?

Please check to make sure there are no errors in the password you are using to log in. In particular, ensure that there are no unnecessary spaces and that uppercase and lowercase letters have been correctly entered. After verifying these details, please try logging in again.

I am unable to perform trading operations. What should I do?

Please check if the login password you are using is not the 'View-Only' initial password.

There are two passwords for the account you have on My Account.

・Initial Password
・Initial password (View-Only)

1, Initial Password:
Logging in with this password will allow you to fully utilize ordering and other trading functions.

2, Initial Password (View-Only):
This password does not grant access to trading functions and is only for viewing account information. Use it when disclosing account details to third parties.

To conduct trades, please log in using the tradable initial password.

There are several versions of MT5 available. Which one should I choose?

If you want to trade while on the go or when traveling, the mobile app (for iPhone and Android) or tablet app (for iPad and Android tablets) is convenient.

If you desire more features and wish to engage in more comprehensive trading, we recommend the desktop version (for Windows or Mac).

Are there any leverage restrictions when economic indicators are announced?

*For new positions only, the leverage settings of 2000x, 1000x, and 500x will be changed to 200x for the 5 minutes before and after an economic indicator announcement.

What is ASK and BID?

In the trading market, a "BUY" order is executed at the ASK price, and when this order is closed (settled), the BID price is applied.

Conversely, a "SELL" order starts at the BID price, and the ASK price is used for settlement.


On the MT5 platform, the BID price is typically displayed by default.

Two-Factor Authentication

Is it possible to set up two-factor authentication? Could you please explain how to set it up?

We have prepared the Google two-step Verification system.

After logging into My Account, you can set it up from the menu: Account Settings under "Google Two-Factor Authentication."

I changed to a new smartphone and now I can't log in using two-factor authentication. What should I do?

To reset your two-factor authentication, you will need the code that was displayed during the initial setup.

Please download and install the Google Authenticator app from the app store on your new smartphone.

Then, open the app and select "Add account manually," and enter the code you obtained during the initial setup. After entering the code, you can log in using the six-digit authentication code displayed.

If you do not remember the code displayed during the initial setup, please contact the support team via the contact form to request the removal of the two-factor authentication. Once the removal is complete, you can set up two-factor authentication again from My Account.

About Bonuses

I have opened an account, but when will I receive the bonus?

Receiving the bonus requires identity verification and approval by our company first.

If you have not yet completed identity verification, please do so first.

Submit your identification documents and proof of current address, and once verified by our company, the approval process will proceed.

Bonus awards are subject to a time limit.
You have 30 days from the date of registration to submit your ID and have it approved by us.
Depending on the status of your identification, it may take some time for you to be approved, so we ask that you submit your identification as early as possible.

Can I withdraw the bonus I received?

Credits granted as a bonus cannot be directly withdrawn.

However, profits derived from trading using the bonus credits can be withdrawn.

*Note:
Please be aware that if you make a withdrawal or transfer funds while bonus credits remain in your account, the bonus credits will be forfeited. (However, if the transfer is a full amount transfer between MT5 accounts, the bonus credits will not be forfeited.)
