*Conditions for earning the bonus:
Please complete KYC verification (identity verification) within 30 days of opening a new account.
*The grant of bonus credits requires the submission of identification documents and KYC approval by our company.
*The deadline for issuing the account opening bonus credits is within 30 days of new account registration. Identification documents must be submitted and KYC approval obtained by our company within 30 days of new registration.
*The bonus credits will be awarded to your MT5 account.
・For MT5 USD accounts, USD bonus credits will be granted.
・For MT5 JPY accounts, bonus credits converted to JPY will be granted.
In cases where trading is conducted solely with the Account Opening Bonus, if the total of realized profits from trades and unrealized profits from open positions reaches 500 USD, all of the customer's open positions will be automatically closed, and no new orders can be placed.
The Account Opening Bonus are provided as a gift in USD or JPY to allow clients to directly experience our trading environment. For this reason, certain restrictions are applied, and we ask for your understanding in advance.
Actions After Trading Restrictions
If you withdraw all profits from your MIDORI FX wallet and MT5 account and wish to trade again, depositing any amount into the MT5 account will lift the trading restrictions.
If you withdraw part of your profits from the MT5 account, depositing an amount equivalent to the balance of your MIDORI FX wallet and each MT5 account back into the MT5 account will lift the trading restrictions.
Please be aware that once positions are liquidated, any deposits made to lift trading restrictions thereafter will not be eligible for other campaigns.
*Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They can be used for trading, and any profits generated can be withdrawn.
*1 If you use the account opening bonus, in order to withdraw profits, you must deposit more than 50 USD into the bonus account and complete at least 10 trades of 0.1 lots or more.
*In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we process withdrawals based on the method used for deposits. We only accept withdrawals via the same method as the deposit for amounts up to the deposited sum. Once you have withdrawn an amount equal to your deposit using the same method, you may choose other withdrawal methods for any additional funds.
*If a withdrawal is made from the MT5 account while there are still bonus credits remaining, those bonus credits will be forfeited.
*Regarding fund transfers, if the transfer originates from an MT5 account and there are bonus credits remaining in the account, transferring funds will result in the forfeiture of those bonus credits. If the transfer is to an MT5 account and involves the entire balance, all bonus credits will also be transferred.
*If no positions are held and it has been over 90 days since the last transaction (or since the last bonus was granted if no transactions have been made), any remaining bonus credits will be forfeited.
*Our company prohibits the following types of trading:
・Creation and operation of multiple accounts by the same entity
・Malicious trading that exploits loopholes in bonuses and the zero-cut system.
・Engaging in hedging by depositing with two (or more) brokers, or hedging across multiple accounts within our company.
If our monitoring team determines that the above prohibited actions have been taken using the deposit bonus, we will deduct the amount the company covered due to the zero-cut system from the withdrawal amount at the time of the withdrawal request.
Please be aware that the decision on whether an action falls under the prohibited activities is made by our monitoring team.
Our company prohibits malicious trading that exploits loopholes in bonuses and the zero-cut system.
To protect the comfortable use of our services by our general customers who trade according to the terms and conditions, our designated department conducts monitoring and analysis on those engaging in prohibited activities.
Based on the analysis conducted by the department, we may contact you via email to ask questions for the purpose of preventing prohibited actions, there may be delays in granting bonuses, or you may be excluded from receiving bonuses altogether. Please be aware of these measures in advance.
