KYC

For security reasons, we require all users to complete KYC in order to withdraw funds from your wallet.
From the 'KYC' menu under 'Accounts' in My Account, please submit your various identification and address verification documents.

*You will also need to submit your ID to receive bonus credits.

1. Open a real account

You cannot submit your ID unless at least one real account has been added first.

If you haven't opened a real account yet, please add a real account from the “Trading Account” My Account.

2. Submission of ID

Please follow the instructions on the screen to submit your ID and have a 3D scan of your face.

Acceptable Documents

The following documents are acceptable.

  • Government-Issued Photo-based Identity Card
  • Passport
  • Driver's license

Please take a picture of both the front and back of your ID and upload the image.

  • Please take and submit the image with the correct orientation of the top and bottom.

If the image is tilted or upside down, please retake the image and submit it.

  • Please make sure that the text and your photo on your identification document is clearly visible.
  • Please make sure that all of your identification document is within the frame of view.
  • Please make sure that important letters and numbers as well as your photo are not hidden by your fingers.

3. Upload ID

Please select the country you reside in.

Click 'Continue' to proceed.

Please select the identification document you will submit.

If you are using a computer

Click "Continue on your smartphone".

Next, read the QR code and proceed to the operation on your smartphone.
Or click "Generate URL", copy the displayed URL address, paste it into your smartphone's browser, and proceed to the operation on your smartphone.

On the ID upload screen, select the identity verification document to be submitted.

Next, tap "Upload document" and follow the on-screen instructions to take a photo of your ID.
Once you have captured all the images you need, tap Next to proceed.

3D authentication

We will use the camera to scan your face.
Tap the "Start Scan" button.

*If you see a message asking for camera access, please allow

Follow the instructions on the face and move your head.
At that time, please be careful not to cover your face or eyes with your hair.
If you can scan without problems, 3D authentication is complete.

Next, scroll down the screen and proceed to submit your ID/date of birth and address confirmation documents.

*If you switched from a computer to a smartphone and performed 3D authentication
Click "Continue with this device" displayed on the computer screen to return to the operation of the computer.

4. Enter your ID/date of birth

About various IDs

Please enter the ID number etc. listed on the ID card that was uploaded earlier.

Depending on the country, the location of the ID number varies.
Please enter the original ID number as it is written on your ID card.

The following is an example.

In the case of a driver's license

12-digit identification number

In the case of a passport

Passport number (alphabet and numbers)

In the case of an ID card

16-digit ID number

Regarding Entering Your Date of Birth

Please select your date of birth from the list provided.

5. About Submitting Proof of Address Documents

Please take a photo of a document that verifies your current address and upload it.

Address verification documents that can be submitted

  • Certificate of residence
  • utility bill
  • Credit card company bill
  • mobile phone company bill

*Please submit within 3 months from the date of issue. Please submit an image in which the issue date can be confirmed.

6. Submission Complete

Finally, press the "Submit" button to complete your submission.

Approval Time

KYC checks are performed by our verification team.
Results will be sent to your registered email address within 1 business day (except on weekends).
*Business Hours: Weekdays 10:00 am -5:00 pm.

You can also check the status from My Account.
