●About Deposits and Withdrawals
・Regarding Deposits:

Credit Card Payments: As usual
・Regarding Withdrawals:
Withdrawal requests are accepted as usual.
Approval operations will be conducted sequentially from the start of business
on January 5, 2026 (Monday).
Withdrawals will be reflected after our company's approval process is
completed.
●Regarding Various Applications
・Submission of Identification:
We are accepting submissions of identification documents as usual. However, the approval process will be conducted sequentially starting from the beginning of business on January 5, 2026 (Monday).
*December 26 (Friday) may experience delays in processing withdrawal requests
and various applications due to a high volume of transactions, which could be
slower than usual. If there are delays, approvals and reflections will occur
after the start of business on January 5, 2026 (Monday). We kindly ask that
you submit your withdrawal requests and applications well in advance to
accommodate these potential delays.
Additionally, please be advised that on January 5, 2026 (Monday), following
the extended holiday, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate
your understanding in advance.
